In order to separate fruits after grinding or cooking the shell and the kernels, passing machines can be used. We also build this as a duplex unit to get even finer filtration of the juice.
Construction
Solid basic construction made of profile pipes. The pass drum No. 1 sits obliquely offset above the pass drum No. 2 and is connected to the product outlet. Each traction drum has a so-called racket shaft with 3 paddles each. At the front, each drum can be opened (cleaning, drumming). Fully wired ready for connection with stainless steel control cabinet, including safety switch. Incl. Stainless steel pedestal for cleaning.
Straining Olives
In straining machines for olives, the pass-through drum has an inlet nozzle on one side and a discharge opening for sieved shells / cores. In the drum is a so-called beater shaft with 4 paddles each. The drum can be opened at the front (for cleaning, drumming).
