Airjet drying is used in small and difficult containers, where it is important to bring the moisture or wetness of small nails.
Construction
Sturdy frame construction made of folded metal plates and 4-edge pipes. The machine is clad with stainless steel and Makralon and has on each side 2 doors for cleaning and maintenance.
The drying of the glasses takes place directly after the inlet into the plant via a high-pressure blower with a distribution pipe on 3-7 air knives. For drying, the air knives can be adjusted to the respective container size.
The glasses are conveyed one after the other into the drying system via the feed belt. Special plastic guides ensure a stable hold in the system. Drying takes place via so-called air knife nozzles which dry from above and from the side.
The discharged water runs together in a common collecting basin and is discharged downwards via a drain pipe DN 50. At the entrance and exit of the system is a silicone curtain, which prevents water from coming out.
The unit comes in 1 piece ready for connection to the existing conveyor belt
