Blanchers
The blanching of fruit and vegetables is indispensable in the industry by our universal blancher or stepped cooker (which was invented by us). Energy saving comes first. The ten brink plants are specially insulated for this purpose and are supplied exclusively with energy-saving components as well as efficient solutions to save energy. By using e.g. pipe heat exchangers, the systems are up to 200% more efficient than conventional blanching systems. Confection (heat transfer) can be done more quickly and efficiently by using these solutions.
