For cooling hot-filled products, the ten Brink cooling tunnel is used. The advantage lies in the continuous cooling. Our cooling tunnels are, For ketchup, sports drinks and smoothies. We offer our customers individual solutions, depending on their space and performance.

Construction

The radiator is divided into several segments. These tubing segments are prefabricated as far as possible to facilitate assembly (assembly on site).

The lids lie loosely in the water lock floor with one-sided slope and cleaning doors on both sides.

Circulation of the cooling water in countercurrent. Before each pump is a so-called Water box with change-over.

In the plant are over the entire surface - nozzle pipes with plastic eccentric nozzles (PA). A fresh water nozzle is installed as a drainage system, which supplies the supplemental water by means of level electrodes and a solenoid valve.

At the inlet the radiator has a sogn. Which can be used both as a hot-holding zone and for cooling. In addition, a tubular heat exchanger is installed on the long side. This serves to heat the process water in the alternative zone in the process of holding it hot.

The heat exchanger has process water inlet and outlet as well as steam inlet and condensate outlet.

In order to separate fruits after grinding or cooking the shell and the kernels, passing machines can be used. We also build this as a duplex unit to get even finer filtration of the juice.

Construction

Solid basic construction made of profile pipes. The pass drum No. 1 sits obliquely offset above the pass drum No. 2 and is connected to the product outlet. Each traction drum has a so-called racket shaft with 3 paddles each. At the front, each drum can be opened (cleaning, drumming). Fully wired ready for connection with stainless steel control cabinet, including safety switch. Incl. Stainless steel pedestal for cleaning.

Straining Olives

In straining machines for olives, the pass-through drum has an inlet nozzle on one side and a discharge opening for sieved shells / cores. In the drum is a so-called beater shaft with 4 paddles each. The drum can be opened at the front (for cleaning, drumming).

Vegetables that grow in the ground like carrots, celery etc can be freed from stones by a stone remover. These can be built in different designs. As a cyclone stone remover or as a vertical stone remover with a conveyor screw.

Construction

Water flow container with inserted grate. Worm bearing down (screwed) with fresh water lubrication. 2 sides Large cleaning doors with quick release. Water supply and overflow as well as side level probes. Water overflow approx. 120 mm from top edge container. Incl. lye peeler

Lye peeling is used especially for vegetables such as black roots.

Construction

The plant is suitable for scrubbing root vegetables. Salsify. Temperature control variable up to approx. 90 ° C.

The so-called cellular wheel blender consists of a self-supporting bucket construction with an integrated vane wheel (partially perforated plate)

An external tubular heat exchanger (including motor valve and condensate emptier) is positioned next to the system as a heating system. Water circulation by circulation pump (V2a) incl. Filter box with alternating sieves as well as water level level probes and natron task. Caustic concentration approx. 10% - 15%.

On both sides large cleaning doors. Stainless steel E-cabinet completely wired ready for connection.
