The set cooker with a built-in buffer container can be used for cooking under pressure as well as under vacuum. Various recipes can be entered and processed. A special large manhole makes it easy to fill fabrics into the cooking process. On request, the set cooker can also be individually designed and manufactured according to customer requirements in other designs.

Construction

Cylindrical container with top and bottom dished bottom. Lower dished bottom as well as cylindrical part with steam heated by thermal plate system. Lower bottom and cylinder with insulation (approx. 50 mm) and tightly welded stainless steel jacket (top bevelled). The set cooker stands on a four-cane support frame with base plates for floor mounting.

The laboratory cooking system serves the laboratory to produce small quantities of sugar products and to carry out tests. The product can be cooked in a boil with agitator up to 140 ° C. Subsequently, the mass can be further processed by vacuum. Various instruments (temperature displays, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, regulator and light) are used by the operator and help to analyze the process more precisely. The system is built entirely from stainless steel and can also be offered optionally with a fast steam generator as a complete solution.

Construction

Vacuum container: Cylindrical container with lid as dished bottom, bottom as cone. Finely ground inside and outside. Both containers (cooking vacuum) are placed on a common base made of square tubing with spheres. Incl. 1 Vacuum pump type LEWA with deflector hood and console. Electricity in stainless steel control cabinet, compl. wired.

Cooking container: Spherical container with base frame (culottes). Heating jacket (steam) with protection from perforated plate. Cover with silicone O - ring seal. Surface polished inside and outside.

The starch is dissolved and heated as preparation in 2 container of 100 liters or according to the customer's wishes with a different volume. A special agitator is used to clean the pellets or rather the raw material (gelatin) without clumping or forming bubbles. On request, we supply the containers complete with pump, platform and piping to the respective consumers. As well as infeed and outfeed piping.

Construction

Container: Container with dished bottom without heating on three edged feet with calottes. Cover loose with foldable segment. A standard mixer DZR 150 with agitating element FM 2,2/4 – (1.500 Upm, 2,2 kW) is built on the container edge. Drain valve DN 50 with control head.

Intermediate container: container with dished bottom without heating on three edged feet with calottes. Sieve insert 50 mm deep with wire mesh. Min and Max level electrodes over the edge. Discharge valve DN 50 with manual override.
