The Drainage bunker is used for dewatering and soaking of products. The product is fed into the bunker and discharged from the bunker through a discharge elevator.

Construction

The product is placed into the infeed bins with a forklift truck. The elevator belt goes from the inlet to the elevator / outlet in the acceptance bin and transports the raw material out of it. The product is fed by means of a high-pressure blower in the direction of the outlet by means of nozzles located at the rear and in the rear part. In addition, a paddle outlet side is located above the elevator, which additionally conveys the product to the elevator belt and helps with the discharge.

In the acceptance bin are screwed perforated sheet metal inserts which trickle the coarse dirt / sand down towards the bottom of the bath.

For later cleaning, the tub can be opened and cleaned all round with large cleaning doors.

The brush washing machine is built in different sizes and designs as required.
6 brushes or 8 brushes can be installed. In addition, a pump can be installed to support the delivery rate and to improve the flotation of the product in the process.
The discharge of the product from the brush washing system is carried out by an elevator with a carrier.
The facility is very easy to maintain and clean. Additional brush plates are installed at the side of the tub to improve the cleaning process.

Construction

The product is fed into the washing machine via an elevator (construction side) and is fed to the rotating brushes via two nozzle pipes at the inlet. Coarse dirt falls downwards through a perforated plate inserted into the bottom of the machine. The brushes are mounted in pairs on transverse rails and can be opened for assembly. After the last brushes, the product is conveyed to the discharge elevator. The product flow is maintained by the suction in the rear area of the elevator as well as the feed to the inlet.

A sogn. After-washing is carried out via two nozzles at the discharge elevator.
All motors as well as pump are protected by covers.
The machine is delivered ready with E-switch cabinet connection.

The drum washing machine is very well suited for the cleaning of various types of vegetables and can be produced in various designs:

  • with sheet metal profiles "smooth"
  • with gumbread profiles "Perfect for cucumbers"
  • or with brush inserts

In addition, an opposing rotating brush can be installed in the drum washing machine, which further improves the cleaning process and increases the quality.

Construction

The cucumbers fall over the inlet slide into the 1st drum washing machine and are washed with circulating water. The dripping water is filtered through a submerged tub with drum screen and wiper from coarse dirt and returned back to the cleaning process.

The second drum washing machine is cleaned again and a final cleaning is carried out with fresh water. Both drums can be adjusted in rotation speed.

The drums have a counter-rotating brush roller which increases the cleaning effect and also removes stubborn dirt.

Each drum has two running rings, which run on massive rollers. In the drum are special stainless steel profiles with screwed-on brush profiles.

Drive over 2 running axles across the pulleys through gears with a chain and chain tensioner.

All rotating parts are covered by protective plates. The drums are open at the top.

The empty glass washing machine can be produced in various designs. Depending on the working height, the containers can either enter the plant from above or from below and be guided overhead in order to allow cleaning in any position.

In addition it can be decided whether the container is cleaned with water, with air, with steam or with hot air. A combination of these processes is also possible.

By means of a special clamping jaw system as well as a simplification in front of the system a clean conveying as well as cleaning is ensured.

Construction

The glasses are fed to the rinser one after the other over a conveyor belt (on site). The jaw clamps of the rinser take the glass and lead it down overhead into the area in which the washing / cleaning / drying takes place.

The cleaning of the machine is easy because the individual parts of the machine can be easily opened, removed and re-installed with a special key.

A distance sensor sits on the output belt to stop the system in the event of a reset and to protect the jars. The collected process water runs through a hand screen which is manually removed and cleaned according to the degree of contamination.
