At the beginning of the design is the customer discussion and the planning together with our customer. In doing so, we take into account all the wishes of the customer and use his experience together with the experience we have gathered over the decades to create a layout which meets the needs of our customers. With the construction in 3D, the construction of a plant begins. This can be seen by the customer even before he gets this system delivered and it is possible to enter into details / changes. The spatial representation gives the customer a close look at all important details at his plant. We work with Solidworks2017 and use a program that is also used by many of our customers and suppliers. This makes it possible to use many components without complex independent design. In line planning, we use 2D programs which enable us to provide the customer with a rough overview of the line planning and configuration in a short time. Our customers receive, together with the documentation, a manual, risk analysis, e-plan, parts list, spare parts list as well as an installation plan and all necessary not-for -eseable certificates such as CE certificate, FDA certification as well as material 3.1B etc.

When manufacturing the equipment in our company, we attach great importance to quality and accuracy. These are obtained by our new production process. We ask most of the components directly at suppliers, which own the latest lasers, edging and rounding systems from Trumpf etc. This precision processing by our suppliers makes it possible for us to assemble and manufacture plants according to the highest technical standard in our company. Afterwards, the plants can be polished, cleand with acid and passivated as well as glass perl-blasted according to customer requirements. The glass perl blasting is especially used by us to save time and create a clean surface. Welding work as well as other manual work are done by our team of specialists in a short time. In an emergency, we can also provide our customers with our internal bend, rounding,turing and milling machines in case of acute problems. This flexibility gives us the necessary competitive advantage and lead in manufacturing.
